Mediation

Mediation is a confidential, voluntary, and informal process where a neutral party (mediator) helps and assists parties negotiate a mutually acceptable solution to a dispute avoiding the cost and time of litigation. If successful, it results in a signed agreement which is binding on the disputing parties.

Arbitration

Arbitration is a private, legally binding alternative dispute resolution process in which a neutral third party (arbitrator), chosen by the disputing parties, hears the evidence and makes a final, binding decision in writing outside the court. It is faster and more cost effective than litigation.

Mock Trial

Private mock trials are specialized, confidential, and abbreviated simulations of real trials used primarily by attorneys to prepare for litigation, evaluate case strengths and weaknesses, and facilitate settlement negotiations.
